📌 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Faculty – Postgraduate in MSW / MA (Rural Development, Sociology, Psychology) / B.Sc. (Agri) / B.Ed. etc.
Office Assistant – Graduate (BA / B.Com / BSW etc.) with computer knowledge and typing.
Attendant / Watchman – 7th to 10th pass.
Counselor (FLCC) – Graduate / Postgraduate (Preference to retired bank officers).

Age Limit (as on 15/10/2025)

Faculty / Office Assistant / Attendant / Watchman: 22 – 40 years
Counselor (FLCC): 45 – 65 years

Age relaxation as per norms.

💰 Salary Details

Faculty – ₹30,000/- per month
Office Assistant – ₹20,000/- per month
Attendant / Watchman – ₹12,000 – ₹14,000/- per month
Counselor (FLCC) – Last drawn salary minus pension or fixed ₹25,000/- (whichever is lower) + ₹1,000/- allowance
